PURPOSE: A method for introducing new product in 3-dimensional modeling is provided to develop a customer-oriented product by a new product in 3-dimensional modeling using a virtual reality technique, introducing the product with an electronic manual through the Internet, and then providing the customer's response information related to the product to a provider, as well as to promote the convenience in A/S by connecting the A/S process of the product through on/off lines. CONSTITUTION: A provider uploads a product image in 3-dimensional modeling using a virtual reality technique. Then, a consumer searches displayed products to utilize desired information, and customer response information corresponding to the product usage of respective consumers are stored. The customer response information is transferred to a corresponding provider.
