The present invention relates to a system for automatically exchange financial instruments such as treasury bills, liquid securities issued by federal agencies and securities sold without coupons, which includes an updated database system, basic inventory data rates that can be updated, which receives information relating to the quantities and prices in real time for each financial instrument from a market data source. This system also includes an operating system owner to determine a best course of national supply and demand and the price calculated for each financial instrument in the inventory offers. This proprietary system applies a current improvement process an exchange in case a symmetrical exchange occur, and it updates the system database and inventory of deals so that they reflect transactions executed by the system. This system allows users to get the best price at the time of execution through a mechanism. historical data is used to (i) give titles courses that are broadcast by a stallion when an active dimension is not available for a particular title, and (ii) find courses for analysis higher. This gives the global fixed income market with a system that can meet the needs of industries in the long term and immediately adapt to a changing environment.
