Essence A device comprises a perforated plate 1 with a support plate 2 fixed thereon with the possibility of adjusting the distance therebetween. The support plate has a rectangular recess and configuration of ribs curvature and is covered with soft material 5. The screws 9 are passed through the perforated plate with possibility of movement and fixation therein. The device is provided with a conductor pipe 15 for making the opening for screwing in a screw, which on one end has at least two sharp projections, and on another one – a handle 17. 3. Field of Application Medical equipment, in particular traumatology.
