The proposed artificial island is made in the style of the landscape of mountain volcanic islands covered with vegetation to accommodate oil, gas and processing industries while simultaneously restoring marine biological resources, is designed to create a closed production and mining complex with social infrastructure and provides for the complete processing of industrial and household waste. In the place of construction of an artificial island on the sea shelf, leveling of the sea bottom is carried out, the support is installed in the form of supporting piles and a contouring shell. The latter is performed with the formation of the inner bay by installing the main pontoons, which are connected by a ramming ring. On the outer perimeter of the latter, floating piles are hammered in front of the main pontoons and rigidly fasten them to the indicated pontoons. Along the inner perimeter of the embankment ring, with the exception of places intended for the overlapping navigation canals, the support piles are hammered down to the solid bearing rocks of the sea floor. Then, at least one overlapping navigation channel is formed to connect the inner bay with the open sea. And over the inner bay on the supporting piles erect a dome to accommodate the oil, gas and processing industries, as well as the power unit, industrial and residential premises.
