The current invention is a human vaccine against yellow fever virus infection, mainly a yfiv 5.1/dd virus regenerated from DNA with yellow fever virus. Pyf5'3'iv / G1 / 2 and pyf5.2/t3/27 plastic products together contain the complete sequence of this infectious DNA. The method for producing yfiv5.2/dd virus and primary, primary and secondary seeds, including yfiv5.2/dd virus, is another achievement of the invention.
