Gamma globulin is the extraction of a Friction isolated by Fractionation with ethanol in the presence of a carbohydrate and after reducing the content of pollutantPeg,Is applied to a column of Anionic Exchange Resins with an effluent containing Peg is subsequently reduced by ultrafiltration and concentrates for justSequentially a evetual treatment at pH acidco and at least one of the following stages of viral inactivation,Consisting of a pasterurizaacion and a Solvent Detergent treatment,After the product precipitated with peg and washed to remove any chemical Reagents of viral inactivation and then by solubilization and PH change.Pollutants Protein Purified by ultrafiltration, and finally to reduce the volume and Content of Peg,By then a possible virus Filtration and subsequent Protein concentration up to the value of 5% or 10%.
