"Phakic REFRACTIVE LENS, METHOD FOR CORRECTING THE VISION OF A MYOPE OR HYPERMETROPY PATIENT, E, KIT". Phakic refractive lenses (PRL) are presented for the correction of myopia or hyperopia. The lens is implanted in the posterior chamber of the eye, with no attachment point, in such a way that it floats between the patient's iris and the natural lens. The lens corrects refractive errors in the eye, while maintaining the fluid dynamics of the eye and does not cause stresses or damage to the structures of the eye. The lenses are made of a flexible material (such as those having a hardness of about 20 to about 50 Shore A), having a specific weight of about 0.9 to about 1.2 g / cm ^ 3 ^, and have a mass per unit area of about 0.03 to about 0.30 mg / mm ^ 2 ^. The method for using those surgical lenses and kits that include those lenses is also presented.
