"PREPARATION OF LIPOSOME CONTAINING PIPECOLIC ACID DERIVATIVE AND SOLID PREPARATION". The present invention provides a liposome preparation containing pipecolic acid derivative having an excellent rapid action to deal with an emergency situation, such as cerebral infarction. A liposome preparation defined as comprising, as an active ingredient, a pipecolic acid derivative of the ingredient described in the present specification or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the same encapsulated in liposomes, with lecithin being mainly used as a liposome-forming lipid, and said preparation liposome containing no cholesterol as a stabilizer.
