PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately and simply inspect/analyze the degree of notice, the degree of response, etc., about printed matter on which images readable at a glance are printed and allowed to be distributed to specified persons and/or non-specified persons. SOLUTION: A URL to be accessed by an access device 20 by specifying an information resource (a web page 41A) concerning a print 50 on the WWW connected to the Internet is previously printed out as a dot code 1 on the print 50 on which a readable image 51 is printed. The URL is restored by scanning the dot code 1 by a reader 30 and an information resource corresponding to the URL is accessed by the access device 20. Since access information concerned with the access state of the information resource is stored into a data base server 42, the print issuer 40 of the print 50 can inspect/analyze the print 50 by utilizing the access information.
