PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to construct the occurrence probability distribution of an event which is an original target by integrating conditional occurrence probabilities.;SOLUTION: This probability inference and decision device is provided with a conditional occurrence probability decision part 2 for inferring and deciding the conditional occurrence probabilities of the event for respective conditions based on a prescribed method for input and a probability integration part 3 for utilizing all or a part of the inferred and decided respective conditional occurrence probabilities and inferring and deciding the occurrence probability of the event relating to the input by an arithmetic operation based on a prescribed stochastic method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
