PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a consulter to interactively consult with a consultant about health through easy operation without any special knowledge while images of both are displayed on their display screens and to eliminate such an unbalanced feeling that many consulters consult with a small number of consultants. SOLUTION: An associate partner sends image data and character data needed for health consultation, and then an adviser is able to speedily and accurately grasp the consultation contents and give adequate advice. The adviser reads out a proper body image and sends it to an associate partner's terminal. Consequently, an image relating to advice contents is displayed on the right half upper side of the display screen 230 of a television connected to the partner' s terminal. A pointer 32 is displayed on this image and a part of the image can be pointed through adviser's operation.
