PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to always securely reserve clinical consultation at a hospital without visiting nor telephoning the hospital and to display a clinical consultation state in real time. SOLUTION: On a hospital-side terminal 20, clinical consultation reservation information is updated and stored. Once a user-side terminal 10 has inputted reservation request information including a desired reservation day to send through a network 100, the hospital-side terminal 20 receives the reservation request information, generates corresponding reservation vacancy information according to the clinical consultation reservation information, and sends it back to the requesting source through the network 100. The user-side terminal 10 displays the given reservation vacancy information, gives desired priority according to the reservation vacancy information, and sends reservation specification information and then the hospital-side terminal 20 receives the reservation specification information, confirms and registers a reservation according to the priority, and generates and sends registered reservation determination information back to the requesting source.
