PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-seeking and cargo-seeking system which is easy for a user to use.;SOLUTION: A vehicle distribution schedule is made based on cargo information and vehicle information existing previously (S101). When there is excess or deficiency in cargoes or vehicles (S103), the vehicle-seeking and cargo-seeking system retrieves the cargo information and vehicle information covering the excess or deficiency with excess/deficiency information as a retrieval key (S109). When there is information meeting a condition, subscription is performed (S121).
