PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the burden necessary for accounting processing by automating the processing of bills.;SOLUTION: A seller-side processor 100 stores the journalizing data that a buyer uses in accounting processing in a journalizing data file storing means 110, and stores charge data in a demand data storing means 120. The journalizing data are, if necessary, transmitted, via a journalizing data control means 210 of an information providing server 200, to a journalizing data registering and updating means 310 of a buyer-side processor 300, where they are registered and updated. The information about the registration and update is transmitted to a journalizing data processing means 140 of the seller-side processor 100 via the journalizing data control means 210, and the journalizing data stored in the journalizing data file storing means 110 are updated. In sending the demand data, a demand data sending means 130 of the seller-side processor 100 adds the journalizing data in the journalizing data file storing means 110 to the demand data stored in the demand data storing means 120, and sends them to the buyer. An accounting processing means 320 of the buyer-side processor 300 provides journalizing according to the journalizing data to provide accounting processing such as payment on the demand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
