PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly advance a joint research, trusted research or industry/ study linkage by creating an opportunity for research employees belonging to enterprises, universities and various research institutes or the like to communicate and to exchange information and the site of meeting on a network.;SOLUTION: This method is composed of a server provided with a means S4 for making a user input his/her own name, address, belonging and other ID information, means S6 for preparing and transmitting a prescribed information input field (bulletin board for input) on the basis of the transmitted ID information, writing the self-introduction information of a user 1 in this information input field and transmitting the information, means for reading a disclosed information field (bulletin board for read), in which the self-introduction information is written, means for confirming the information contents of the disclosed information field and calling the application of meeting with the other desired user, and means for applying a virtual meeting room on the network and calling upon the mutual exchange of information between users.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
