PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set and automatically discharge a band-like medium.;SOLUTION: A medium passes through a feeding out part so as to be tensed along a track. At the track finishing point, it is fixed by a first supporting device 500. Furthermore, second supporting devices 210, 220 for fixing and moving the medium relatively with respect to a clamp drum 100, a conveyance roller 330 for conveying the medium between the first supporting device 500 and the second supporting devices 210, 220 at the time the first supporting device 500 is disposed at a preliminarily selected first position relatively with respect to the second supporting devices 210, 220 according to relative movement of the clamp drum 100 with respect to second supporting devices 210, 220, and a controlling unit 400 for releasing the fixed medium by operating one of the two supporting devices 210, 220 and conveying the medium by driving the conveyance roller 330 for conveying the medium from one of the two supporting devices 500, 210, 220 to the other at a preliminarily selected first position, are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
