PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieving system for bidding of a repairing work such as a roof waterproof repair work, an outer wall repair and paint work and a water supply/drainage pipe repair work at a building/multiple dwelling house so as to provide a proper work price by a bidding system when the specification of the work is determined and to provide a method of the work and a rough estimate when the specification of the work is not determined, in addition to enlightening of the ideal way of the repairing work by providing an owner side with information on the repairing work of the building/multiple dwelling house by much information.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a reception part for receiving a data signal from a an apartment house for sale management association or a rental multiple dwelling house/building owner requesting a bidding as the owner side of the repairing work via a communication line and the Internet and a constructor applying the bidding as an execution side, a collecting part for collecting data collected in the reception part and a summing-up part for summing up data collected in the collecting part and distributes data to the persons concerned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
