PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting excavation and drilling system for a tunnel capable of realizing high precious boring position and attitude control at low cost with reduced errors and higher durability. SOLUTION: This blasting excavation and drilling system for a tunnel is for forming a bored hole in a facing surface 12 of a mountain tunnel 10 using a rock drill 20 installed on a hydraulic jumbo 14. It includes a front part sight 30 provided at a front part of a guide shell 22 to movably support the rock drill 20, a rear part sight 32 provided at a rear part of the guide shell 22, an auto-tracking measuring device 28 provided on the hydraulic jumbo 14 to detect position of the front part sight 30 and the rear part sight 32, and an operation means to operate a hole boring position of the rack drill 20 based on the position of the front part sight 30, and operate a hole boring angle of the rock drill 20 based on the position of the front part sight 30 and the position of the rear part sight 32.
