PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely authenticate the reserving person and the receiver of a ticket, to protect the just reserving person and to appropriately correspond to an illegal obtainer in the issuing of the ticket in a kiosk terminal.;SOLUTION: In a user terminal 10, the reservation content of the ticket and the designation numbers of the kiosk terminals 21-1 to 21-n are inputted and they are transmitted and stored to/in a ticket issuing managing network 30. Then, the reservation number inputted in one of a plurality of the kiosk terminals 21-1 to 21-n and the peculiar number of the kiosk terminals 21-1 to 21-n are transmitted to the ticket issuing managing network 30. In the ticket issuing managing server 32 of the ticket issuing managing network 30, the designation number corresponding to the reservation number is collated with the received peculiar number. When they are matched as the result of collation, a web page where the issuing processing of the ticket is performed is transmitted to the kiosk terminals 21-1 to 21-n and the ticket issuing processing is preformed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
