PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To differentiate merchandises and to reflect a variety of needs of individual customers on new merchandise development by carrying out all stages from the planning and development to the sales of the merchandise on the basis of 'opinion exchange among consumers, media such as the Internet or magazines, and the maker using the media'. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a WWW server 33 which notifies many unspecified customers 31 to 3n of merchandise planning and development information regarding the planning and development of a new merchandise and a news server 35 which collects opinion information of the customers 31 to 3n having browsed merchandise planning information through the Internet 20; and the WWW server 33 notifies the customers 31 to 3n of merchandise information meeting the customer's needs based upon the opinion information through the Internet 20.
