PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial network service system and a financial network service method enabling a user to receive a service of a financial institution and a service on a communication network through a communication network from a terminal unit of the financial institution using an IC card.;SOLUTION: A user inserts the IC card stored with authentication data, in a user terminal 10, 20 or 30 to receive authentication. When it is authenticated, a financial institution system 40 sends a service menu to the user terminal used by the user. The user selects a financial service or a service over a communication network 50 from the service menu displayed on the user terminal, and receives the desired service.
