PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall construction structure capable of surely preventing water infiltration to the inside and a sealing metal fitting used for it, an exterior wall panel, and an exterior wall construction method. SOLUTION: In this exterior wall construction structure 1, fixing metal fittings 5 are arranged in the upper and lower side parts of the exterior wall panel 2 so as to install the exterior wall panel 2 to a backing material 3. The exterior wall panel 2 is provided with a cutout recess part 25 formed along its vertical direction in each of a left side part 23 and a right side part 24. Between the laterally adjacent exterior wall panels 2, the sealing metal fitting 4 is arranged, which is constructed of a base plate part 41 fixed to the backing material 3, a standing part 42 stood on the base plate part 41, a front plate part 43 arranged in the standing part 42, and a forward elastic material 44 on the front face of the front plate part 43. The forward elastic material 44 and the front plate part 43 are fitted in the cutout recess part 25 in the exterior wall panel 2.
