THERMOPLASTIC RESIN-COATED METAL SHEET EXCELLENT IN RECYCLABILITY, THERMALLY FUSED METAL SHEET JOINT BODY, AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING METAL SHEET JOINT BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin coated metal sheet capable of simply joined by thermal fusion and capable of being easily separated and disassembled without requiring calking, a rivet, screwing, an adhesive or the like.;SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin coated metal sheet has a coating film containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin with a melting point of 50-250°C provided at least on one surface thereof in order to achieve the purpose. When the thermoplastic resin coated metal sheet is assembled into a product shape, a folding sheet cut into a predetermined shape is superposed on the same material or a different material and heated to a temperature not less than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin to be bonded to the same material or the different material. Even at the time of separation and disassembling, the metal sheet joint body is heated to a temperature not less than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin to be separated into individual sheet materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
