PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of appearance of a product due to a material such as a lignocellulose or a lignocellulose/resin composite material or the like at a place where is irradiated directly with a solar light not only outdoor but also indoor by enhancing a weather resistance or particularly ultraviolet resistance of the lignocellulose or the lignocellulose/resin composite material or the like.;SOLUTION: The lignocellulose having the high weather resistance is obtained by reducing or removing a hemicellulose component by a dehemicellulose treatment. A method for manufacturing the lignocellulose comprises the steps of executing an anti-ultraviolet treatment and/or anti-oxidizing/water repelling treatment, in addition to the dehumicellulose treatment. It's manufacturing method and a novel composite molding material by the high weather resistant lignocellulose are realized. The lignocellulose having a further enhanced weather resistance is obtained by executing an introducing treatment of a carboxyl group to the lignocellulose.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
