PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the capacity of a planetary inclined rolling mill.;SOLUTION: The supply of a pipe shape 17 to be rolled to a roller nip is continuously performed in the state where its butt surface is abutted on the butt surface of the succeeding pipe shape with an internal tool (mandrel) 6 which is held in a fixed position to the roller nip and the pipe shape is fed together with the rotation corresponding to the rotation of the end part of the pipe shape that is caused by torsion under a roller 3.
