PURPOSE: To operate a crime prevention controller without exerting any influence upon equipment on the power source supply side. ;CONSTITUTION: The primary and secondary sides of a power source circuit 18 for supplying power to respective parts while being connected to a DC power source are electrically insulated and disconnected by a DC-DC converter 42 and even when any vibration sensor connected to the ground is connected to the crime prevention controller, the minus side of the DC power source is prevented from turning the same potential as the ground.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
