SOLUTION: The carrier fluidization biological filter chamber B is installed near to the existing independent treatment septic tank A' having the inflow port 1, the plural treating chambers and the outflow port 2 and the existing independent treatment septic tank A' is provided with a function as a flow rate regulating tank 4 by removing an aerator 7 and contact filter media 8 from a contact aeration chamber 4 with which the existing independent treatment septic tank A' is provided thus far. The pump 10 and transfer pipe 11 for transferring the sewage are connected between the prescribed treating chambers of the independent treatment septic tank A and the carrier fluidization biological filter chamber B. The carrier fluidization biological filter chamber B has a fluidization chamber 12 disposed in the upper part in the tank and a biological filter chamber 13 disposed at the inside bottom of the tank. The biological filter chamber 13 is formed as a static section which is not affected by the swirling flow generated in the fluidization chamber 12. Carriers 25 are put in a prescribed amount into the fluidization chamber 12.
