PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control abnormal expansion in fuel gas atmosphere while making a heat expansion coefficient approximate to the heat expansion coefficient of yttria stabilizing zirconia, and to make a volume expansion by phase change not occur. SOLUTION: Each element of the main ingredients of the titanium and the vanadium-doped lanthanum strontium chromite fine particles consists of (La1-xSrx)1+bCr1-y-zTiyVzO3. Further, it is the titanium and the vanadium-doped lanthanum strontium chromite whose value of x and y are 0.12=x=0.28, 0.05=y=0.18, 0z0.05, and 0=b=0.02. A sintered substance is formed by sintering the titanium and the vanadium-doped lanthanum strontium chromite. This sintered substance constitutes separators 4 or inter-connectors of a solid electrolyte fuel cell.
