PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affinity detection and analysis chip capable of taking sufficient signal intensity, capable of being easily detected by a daylight color lamp and reduced in the difficulty accompanied by the detection of fluorescence, a detection method and a detection system.;SOLUTION: The affinity detection and analysis chip has such a structure that a plurality of capillaries, which have probe molecules bringing about respectively different peculiar bonding reactions fixed to the inner surfaces thereof, are bundled. The detection method is characterized by that molecules to be detected are bonded to the inner surfaces of the capillaries by allowing the molecules to flow through the bundled capillaries to bring about peculiar bonding reactions and, thereafter, light is applied to the end surfaces of the capillaries and the light emitted from the other end surfaces of the capillaries is observed to investigate the presence of bonding.
