PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an collective land evaluation method based on contamination purification costs or STIGMA or the like.;SOLUTION: This method for evaluating the value of a target land whose soil is contaminated comprises a first step for assessing the value of the target land while assuming that the soil is not contaminated, a second step for selecting a method for purifying the contaminated soil, and for calculating purification costs, a third step for assessing the depreciation of the value of the target land by an STIGMA, and a fourth step for evaluating the value of the target land whose soil is contamination based on the results obtained in the first to third steps.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
