PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the future of a cultivated field and control it using a dynamics by locally identifying the dynamics causing time-space fluctuations of the cultivated field attributes (yield, weed quantity, water content, etc.). SOLUTION: Time-space distribution of the attributes are inputted and stored in an input data storage part (S101). A divided area formed by dividing a target space frame into respective cells by referring to the input data storage part and the attribute data of each cell is stored in an attribute data storage part (S105). A local dynamics of the divided area is identified and each parameter specifying the local dynamics is stored in a parameter storage part (S107). Various types of statistical quantities related to the identified local dynamics are calculated and the calculated statistical quantity is stored in a total quantity storage part (S109). The time-space prediction result of the attribute data is calculated using the identified local dynamics and stored in a prediction storage part (S110). A map related to a cultivated field frame or the attribute data/statistical quantity in the divided area is compiled and stored in a map storage part (S111). The map of the cultivated space frame or the divided area is displayed or outputted (S113).
