PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work loss, time loss and cost loss at the time of providing real estate information and issuing a real estate information journal and to provide accurate and fresh information at all times by performing the utilization of one source and multiple uses by the data input of one time and unifying the real estate information.;SOLUTION: Real estate agencies 10 are networked. Real estate property data are registered in the respective real estate agencies and then transmitted via a communication network 12 to a server 18 and the data are registered in a storage device inside the server or on the outside. The data are provided for customers via the server and the composition of the real estate information journal is performed on the basis of the data registered once.
