PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in terms of costs that an ordering person side has to perform an item inspection processing in the case of receiving freight from a transport agency (different from an order receiving person) since merchandise is delivered through the transport agency in the case of ordering specified merchandise and receiving the delivery.;SOLUTION: In this new strategic cooperation information management system, a series of the merchandise movement information of order issuance/reception-shipping/freight reception- physical distribution-item inspection can be shared by members with each other by using the member computers 3 of a physical distribution industry connected to the central computer 1 of an operator. When data regarding the order issuance, order reception, shipping, freight reception, transport, storage and physical distribution work of merchandise are inputted from the computer of a member accessing the central computer 1, the data are registered to the central computer 1 and (after the data are inputted), the individual members confirm the order issuance/order reception-shipping and freight reception-physical distribution-item inspection conditions of the merchandise in real time while sharing the data at their own Internet terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
