PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sterilizing and deodorizing medical treatment and elderly person facilities by bringing ozone water and air into direct contact with each other to sterilize and deodorize the air to be inhaled in order to obtain the excellent sterilizing effect of ozone while abating the influence on a human body.;SOLUTION: In the sterilization and deodorization of the medical treatment and elderly person facilities, the sterilization and deodorization 17 not to damage the human body are performed by oxygen separation 10 from the atmosphere, formation of gaseous ozone 12 through an ozonizer from separated high- concentration oxygen 11, formation of the ozone water 13 by dissolution of the gaseous ozone into the water and by an ozone former using the water as raw material, formation of homogeneous humidifying and air conditioning air 14 containing the ozone formed by the direct contact with the ozone water 13 and formation of the gaseous phase low-concentration ozone 16 by diffusion of the homogeneous humidifying and air conditioning air 14 to be effected in an air conditioning chamber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
