PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the considerable section of floor concrete must be destroyed, construction works are conducted on a large scale and the term of works is also lengthened when replacement, exchange or removal of a distributing pipe or the like in the case of maintenance and the extension and alteration of a building or the like with time is required because a drain pipe installed while being penetrated to a continuous footing is unified with floor concrete in a building foundation executed in a conventional execution method.;SOLUTION: Since a pit section 40 is mounted adjacent to the continuous footing 4 and the drain pipe 60 is laid by utilizing the inside of the pit section 40, the replacement, exchange or removal of the drain pipe 60 can be conducted easily in a short period in the case of maintenance, the extension and alteration of the building or the like with time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
