PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discharge surplus soil by reducing a cement slurry injection quantity to the original position ground without reducing a quality such as strength of a constructing soil-cement column row wall.;SOLUTION: This soil-cement column row wall having strength substantially equal to or higher than cement slurry including no dispersant is constructured in such a way that the total of a moisture quantity (W) in the cement slurry including the dispersant and a moisture quantity (S) in the original position ground and a cement quantity (C) in the cement slurry satisfy the relationship of [(S)+(W)]/(C)=1.5 to 6.0 (the mass ratio), the ratio of the cement concentration (mass %) in the cement slurry including the dispersant to the cement concentration (mass %) in the cement slurry including no dispersant is 0.75 to 1.2, and an injection quantity of the cement slurry including the dispersant is a quantity smaller by 10 to 45 mass % than an injection quantity of the cement slurry including no dispersant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
