PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously notify users of information about influenza and food poisoning from a center, to notify execution of a medical examination, and to accept applications thereof. SOLUTION: This local health managing system is structured by connecting a center device provided in a local health managing center and the like and at-home terminal devices severally installed in plural households through a communication network. The center device is provided with a creating means for a message to be sent to terminal users, and a message sending means. The message is a questioning message requiring consent or refusal of the users. The at-home terminal device is provided with an inputting means with which the users inputs consent or refusal to the message, and a responding means returning an inputted response to the center. The center is provided with an adding up means adding up response results from the users to the sent questioning message and outputting the response result.
