PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system which supports business activities of a salesman who performs negotiations regarding a date of delivery by enabling the salesman to accurately know the state of the progress on the working spot.;SOLUTION: A managing server CS saves the progress states of work by working stations ST in a progress state database 181 and generates a whole scale table 183 regarding the whole work from the progress state database 181. When the managing server CS receives order reception information from a mobile computer MC that the salesman has through an external network ON, a delivery date information generation part 184 generates delivery date information from the whole schedule table 183 and order reception information and sends it to the mobile computer MC.
