PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive management system for a dwelling house for students, by which systematic management is performed from a location condition, evaluation or the prediction of an occupancy rate of the dwelling house for the students till financial condition setting, the construction of the house, management and moving into/out from the dwelling house.;SOLUTION: A property database is generated by inputting the location condition and the evaluation of a place near a collage such as a college, a junior college or special school. Then the occupancy rate of the dwelling house for students is predicted in the place near the college, etc., from the property database, a property information database by another company and a standard rent, the financial condition is set by a funds condition in the location place near the collage and the construction of the house is judged.
