PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue system for saving lives of victims quickly, safely, and economically when great disasters (big earthquake) occur.;SOLUTION: This rescue system is constituted such that a rescue party detects a victim by relying on a transmission sensor device that the victim wears and analyzing the device scientifically to perform bidirectional rescue activities when the great disasters occur. Moreover, if the victim can perform activities still and has a video camera exclusively for disaster, the video camera is utilized to realize bidirectional and secure rescue activities in this system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
