PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make savable the time and labor much more than usual by issuing the totalization of included clinical data and the totalization of included diagnosis and treatment data which are included. SOLUTION: After issue condition settings of a totalization table are specified, a totalizing task processing part 22 starts a condition setting processing part 23 and then a condition setting screen is displayed on the screen of a display device 25. Those conditions are stored in an issue condition file 13. Then, the totalizing task processing part 22 actuates a document issuing process part 24, which reads conditions of totalization out of the issue condition file 13 and issues a totalization table meeting the conditions. Namely, the diagnosis and treatment data are read out of a diagnosis and treatment data base 12 and their insurance points are totalized by classifications according to the condition specification of inclusion parts or included parts. Consequently, the totalization when diagnosis and treatment contents are included and the totalization when not can be easily obtained.
