PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve execution and contrive the shortness of a construction period and the reduction of a construction cost by constructing an anchor on a slope and connecting to interpose a length adjustable connection tool between the ends of a filling reinforcing material on the anchor. ;SOLUTION: After an anchor 11 is constructed on a slope 10, a filling layer 12 is hierarchically constructed by facing the slope 10, a buffering layer 13 is interposed in the side of the slope 10 to perform filling, and the side is covered by a retaining wall. Next, a filling reinforcing material 15 such as geotextile and geogrid is laid on the filling layer 12. Next, one hand of the filling reinforcing material 15 is connected to the rear face of the retaining wall, the other hand of the filling reinforcing material 15 is connected through a buffer 20 comprising a shackle 22, a turn buckle 23, a buffering tool 24 and rods 25, 26 to the anchor 11. Furthermore, each above process is repeated, and the reinforcing filling of prescribed height is constructed. Thereby execution is improved to contrive the shortness of a construction period and the reduction of a construction cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
