(57) Abstract The mechanism which makes decision theory memory allotment processing possible is offered. The 1st spare of the memory space which is continued it allots decisive theory mechanism, and it is achieved the execution of the memory allotment processing which is continued by using this memory space. As for the memory allotment processing which it continues, using the memory space which is already allotted, because it is executed, it is guaranteed that this allotment processing does not make garbage collection processing start. In addition, because it continues the extra allotment memory space, there is no either problem of fragment conversion. Depending, this invention removes two principal factors of the allotment time which is not fixed. Because of this as for this invention the decisive theory mechanism in the dynamic memory allotment system is made possible.
