PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dynamo gas turbine with high efficiency and high reliability by constituting the integrated rotor shaft for a compressor, in which blades are to be planted, by using an Ni-Cr-Mo-V low alloy steel. ;SOLUTION: Air is compressed by a compressor and supplied to a combustor, and an integrally connected gas turbine is rotated at high speed by the generated combustion gas to drive a dynamo. An integrated rotor shaft 6 for the compressor and the dynamo gas turbine is constituted of an Ni-Cr-Mo-V low alloy steel, where compressor blades 12 of 12 or more stages and turbine blades 3 of about 3 stages are planted. Moreover, this low alloy steel has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.15-0.40% C, ≤0.1% Si, ≤0.5% Mn, 1.5-2.5% Ni, 0.8-2.5% Cr, 0.8-2.0% Mo, 0.1-0.35% V, and the balance Fe and further containing, if necessary, 0.01-0.1% of either or both of Nb and Ta. Further, in this low alloy steel, 50% fracture appearance transition temperature and 475°C, 105hr creep rupture strength are regulated to ≤20°C and ≥30kg/mm2, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
