Vase has outer vase (1), forming envelope, and inner vase (2), where cut flowers are placed. Vase is mainly made of enameled ceramic (9). Ballast (5) fills up half of intermediate volume (3), rest of volume being filled up by water seeping through non-enameled surface (8) by capillarity to reach flowers in inner vase. Apertures (4) can be clogged with plugs.
