Equipment for regenerating grass areas consists of frame with toothed wheel to lift soil in order to allow seeding tube to insert grass seed from seed distributor and final roller to restore surface
The reviving machine consists of a base frame (2), towed by a tractor. It carries a toothed wheel (16) for working the soil, tubular seeders (20), supplied by a seed distributor (23) and finally a roller (10) to restore the surface. The toothed wheel is mounted to rotate freely on a horizontal transverse shaft (6). It has a series of triangular teeth (17), which are inclined towards the rear. As the machine progresses, the teeth penetrate the soil, in front of the wheel axis and lift a small quantity of earth to form a discontinuous slot to receive the seed.
