The invention relates to a device permitting the injection of the whole of the products which, stagnating in the evacuation pipe are often disposed of with that -, of which, under - treatment of the patient and risks for the environment. It considerably increases the safety conditions for the nurse and the patient by eliminating a manipulation by hand, during the addition of a rinsing product. A closure system by a hollow ball, allows a pause in the process of the injection, and thus, the addition, in the standards, the rinsing product whose effect is twofold: total draining of the active product remaining in the tubing and rinsing of the stream of the patient. It consists of: a fixed to a three-way valve (3) allowing the screwing (5) of the syringe in the final rinsing (13); a conical end (12) on the lower part of the air chamber (7), and on which a ball of plastic (10) closes the outlet nozzle (9). This ball (10) is guided by a perforated tube (11), which is itself welded to the conical end (12). The device according to the invention is particularly adapted to the assembly by slow intravenous infusion of chemotherapeutic agents (ivl): antimitotic in the treatment of cancers, but also antibiotics, anaesthetic and precious blood products, such as blood platelets. By extension, it relates to the administration of the same products for veterinary use.
