Packing for storage and shock-free transportation of breakable objects has box and frame-form inserts with holding sections with material lands formed by incisions and cut-outs for slip-free retention of objects
The packing comprises a box(4) and two frame-form inserts(2,3) each of which has a deformable holding section(7,8) for the objects. The inserts with the holding sections are each made in one piece from corrugated cardboard, cardboard or suchlike, and in each of the holding sections by means of incisions and cut-outs(9,10) are formed material lands(11,12) with cut edges and through which the objects are held without slipping. The material lands of one holding section may be parallel to those of the other, or may be turned by 90 degrees, for example.
