Angular contact ball bearing for mounting spindle of machine tool has inner and outer ring with row of balls retained in holder, end of outer ring furthest from load being closer to row of balls than end of inner ring nearest load
The angular contact ball bearing has an inner (1) and outer (2) ring with a row (33) of balls (37) retained in a holder (34) which allows them to roll. The end of the outer ring furthest from the load (left hand end section in diagram) is closer to the row of balls than the end of the inner ring which is nearest the load (also left hand end section in diagram).
