Water-heating installation for preparing process water and heating water for supply of heating body arrangement has central union of priority-changeover valve connected with section of return line leading to primary heat exchanger.
A water-heating installation is described for preparing process water and heating water for the supply of a heating body arrangement which is connected via a flow and return line (3,4) with a primary heat exchanger (1). A process water heat exchanger (8) can be supplied with heating water via a priority-changeover valve (6) located in the flow line. The priority-changeover valve has three unions of which selectively one of two unions (10,11) can be connected with a central union (5). A controllable circulating pump (7) is provided. The central union of the priority-changeover valve is connected with the section of the return line leading to the primary heat exchanger. This valve has at least one electromagnetic drive, preferably a motor(18), provided with a brake or a locking mechanism which works with two valve seats (12,13) and whose closing direction is opposed to the direction of the respective flow to be interrupted.
